Is there supposed to be a laser-etched crown on the crystal of a non-GV Milgauss?
I'm looking at a V-serial Milgauss with the black dial and clear, non-GV crystal, and it does not have the laser-etched crown at 6 o'clock. I've read that it's normal for the GV to not have the crown due to the color of the crystal, but I haven't heard of anything about the non-GV milgausses. Can anyone who owns a non-GV Milgauss confirm one way or the other? Thanks!

I believe they still have it. Be sure to check the whole perimeter of the crystal since there is no cyclops to align the crystal.

As said check around the watch edge as it may not be at 6 O'clock. A bright light (LED) on a dark room would help to spot it.

Thanks guys, I found it! Wow that thing is almost microscopic! Thanks for the help, I'm used to vintage Rolexes so this is my first experience with a piece newer than 1994.
