Poorly aligned 12 on Tudor NF options

Before I go walking into the AD, I'm curious to hear what you think my options are. I bought this Tudor NF on March 31st. Something seemed off, but I thought maybe I just wasn't used to the sharp lines of the case. Today I was really staring at it, and figured out what it was. The 12 on the dial is not aligned properly. Either the 1 is too high or the 2 is too low. Either way, it bothers me. I compared it to pics on the Internet and saw all of the others are not like this. I'm not sure how I did not pick up on this prior to forking out my money, but that is besides the point.

So, what are my options? Have them send it to RSC? Ask for an exchange? Ask for a refund/credit towards a different piece? I'm curious what you all would do. Sorry for the poor iPhone pics. They really don't convey what I see in person. It's much more noticeable at the bottom of the two numbers.

They will likely say send it in. I doubt if you're given any other options. Tudor will likely change the dial for you

Maybe its not misaligned?

Mine's similar to yours.

Here's some random googled pics, including a couple of pics released by Tudor that look like ours :

One of the first images released by Tudor:

The lume helps you see the "2" is definitely higher than the "1". This is why I believe the higher "2" is normal.

I have found pics in which the "2" is lower, and for me those watches would contain the misaligned "2"...

Try to enjoy the watch. If not send it in and see what they say.

All of them are misaligned. I wouldn't worry about it.

Maybe it's supposed to be that way. All the pics look the same. Maybe optical illusion or something. At least it's 12 and not 21. Lol

I think that is the way it is suppose to be. It will be interesting to see what the AD has to say. Also compare to another NF they have in stock.

If it bothers you that much, it looks like your recourse is to sell it off. They all look like that.

That definitely looks just a bit off, maybe reach out to Tudor and see how they respond? Hopefully you won't get the canned "that's within spec" answer.

From all the pics, that looks to be the design of the thing...doesn't look bad to me, I would leave it be.

yeah, looking at those images they all do appear to be that way. Even the one released by Tudor. The ones I looked at yesterday did not appear to have it. Maybe it is an illusion.

lol your right about the 21. I remember the thread from the Vegas GTG with the new tudor pic that had two 9's on the dial.

I guess this is the design and I will have to decide if I can live with it. Over all, I like the watch. I'm impressed it's only gained 3 seconds since I bought it on 3/31/16.

+3s in a month?? Yes, that's a keeper! Mine is -1s/d on the wrist but offset by nightly positioning. Incredible watch isn't it. BTW, my "12" looks an awfully lot like yours. Enjoy!

That would definitely drive me crazy every time I looked at it. If I'm spending that kind of money, can I at least get the numbers put on straight! Not a lot to ask for IMO

This is mine for reference. I had an issue before with the marker (a very small chipped paint) and my AD gave me a new one. If it's on the dial i believe they would change it if they agree with your assessment. Best of luck.

This one looks fine to me...I agree that yours looks a little off, the 2 being higher, at least compared to this close up. I would take it in. If it bothers you now, it will only get worse IMO.

I really can't tell anything. Your pic looks exactly like my North Flag, and all the other pics that have been posted this far.

In my opinion the subsequent photos are not as misaligned as OP's. I would look into getting this fixed but it likely requires a new dial which may take a while. If it bugs you, I would pursue it further.
