Chrono24 Experience / Credability?

I am interested in purchasing a few items from Chrono24, would anyone be willing to share their experience using Chrono24 regarding Quality /Credibility / authenticity?

I suppose you have to read the reviews on the particular sellers there as there are thousands of them listing there. Also there is an option that some sellers opt for, allowing for chrono24 to act like an escrow service or something like this. That should be safer although they charge a premium for this service.

Every seller is completely different. I have bought through chrono 24 many times without problems.

I personally wouldn't use it. Using the forums and doing your own credibility research is way more reliable.

I have sold around 8 watches on chrono. It takes huge faith on either party to send cash first or the watch!!

In my opinion, it can be a great way to purchase. I used it to contact a dealer, with whom I have now carried out a number of transactions very successfully after arranging a ftf meeting. I'm not convinced I would have dropped a large sum of money online.
