Meztli....DECADENT!

Mexican cuisine is a vast array of aromas and flavors, and it varies a lot from state to state. Finding a 'top 5' is a monumental task.

One of the dishes that is within that exclusive list (at least in my book), is Meztli. Cook fillet to a beautiful medium-medium well term....add huitlacoche sauce and top with goat cheese before sending back to the oven to melt cheese.

Pair with a nice red....heaven is here. While on mexican food, perfect dessert is corn cake!

Enjoy!

I'm not going to lie G. That steak looks delicious. But... I have a soft soft spot in my heart for anything corn bread/cake etc and have seen you post some downright incredible pics in the past.

Do you have any recipes you like to whip up at home?

It is. Corn is popular and inexpensive in Latin America.

Use apron or the jacket just to avoid staining clothes

Thank you for your comments; I just like it. Not a professional in any way.
