Day-Date Ref.118239: Difference between c. 2005 Model and Current Production Model?

Are there any differences/improvements between the Day-Date 118239 circa 2005 and the current production (2016) Day-Date 118239 with respect to movement, case, bracelet etc.?

Thank you very much for your assistance, I appreciate it.

.

Since 2005 movement 3155 got the blue parachrom hairspring. The bracelet got no modifications. The case got the engraved rehaut (RRR), but as the transition was around 2004/2005 maybe your 2005 model already have it.
