My tongue is so weak it gets literal chemical burns from ghost pepper sauce

My preference is a dash of frank's red hot. I'll leave the hotter sauces to better men than I

Tabasco isn't the hottest but it's my favorite as far as taste goes. My wife and I go through about a bottle a week. Their habanero is quite a bit hotter than the original though.

I've been wanting to try Cholula but haven't gotten around to it yet.

Frank's Red Hot is a favorite. Tabasco for something hotter. I'll try any hot sauce though.

My favorite is mixing some Cholula with homemade spicy fresh salsa and it tastes amazing, or sprinkle some on Cheez it's as I'm drinking

Love franks for the tang it has.

Love siracha for the texture and unique flavor.

Been loving trader joes green dragon habanero sauce lately as well.

I'll try any hot sauce! Been cooking with ghost pepper and reaper pepper powders I scored for Christmas as well

I used to make my own Sriracha until my wife told me it's her or my fermenting chilis. She objected (strongly) to the smell :(

have you ever noticed that hot sauce is a lot easier going down than coming out?

I enjoy hot sauce but there have been times when my rectum felt like Mt. Vesuvius during the last days of Pompei.

I love Tabasco Chipotle. Not really hot but great taste. Cholula is nice as well.

I am not into the crazy hot sauces (I tried Dave's Insanity, Satan's Blood and such ... too much for me).

I agree. Salsa should compliment food, with a kick of spice, but when you go into tongue-blistering salsas, you loose all taste perceptions. A bite into fresh habanero will make you cry for hours, but 2-3 thin slices on fresh ceviche makes the dish taste amazing!

I love spicy food. I think I even love salsa more than food. Salsas in Mexico vary depending on the region. Habanero is used a lot in the Yucatan peninsula. I will make sure to bring some to the next international GTG.
