I can't help you - but isn't there a specific sub-forum for identifying fakes? You may have better luck there.
My advice: if in doubt, move along. Plenty of fish in the sea.

It looks identical to vintage Ranger photos I can find; as usual it's good to buy the seller. The photos could definitely be better as well.

Now Tudor Prince Ranger Reference 7996/0 with ETA 2484 now this watch must be the most faked Tudor around so be very careful if its a real Ranger, all Rangers I have seen are auto.
