Those both have immaculate resale value right now, so no worries. Buy the one you like the most is the best answer here.
You talking about the aluminum bezel or the ceramic bezel gmt ii?

If you want more attention, the LV is the winner there.
If you want the newer options with the bracelet, supercase and ceramics, the GMT IIc is the winner there. They are both Maxi-Dials

If you're torn then I'd decide based on functionality. Time zones (traveler) or water proof (diver/swimmer).
Other than that....do you like the green bezel and classic Rolex lines or do you like the new style. I'd choose the GMT based on my functional needs, but you do have a dilemna

Don't know why but I LOVE the Previous Version of the GMT-MASTER II. LOL.
But the green on the LV really stands out. But then for people who do not know Rolex would think it some sort of fake for being green. |

I wouldn't buy based on resale value. Both are great watches. Buy the one you think looks best.

I hate these choosing games!!!! Get one now...which ever one smiles at cha the most.....then save up for the other one. That's what I've done..and it works well! Both are great watches..and with the exception of the green accents....they are both Very different watches!

I'll go with u on this one, the 116710LN didnt appeal to me. If i were to choose between the, i'll take the LV and swap the green bezel for a black one.

The choice is yours and yours alone. If it were me I'd opt for the LV.

J[/QUOTE] That´s the main reason why I like the LV more. With all the kidnappings in my country, if you don´t know Rolex has produced a 50th anniversary Rolex, you would think the LV is a fake. Nobody is interested in my LV unless he knows Rolex indeed made a Submariner with a green bezel. |

On those 2 comparison shots, the LV just looks cleaner and stands out more for me.
