GMT returns from the Jurassic Coast

Back from a few days from the Dorset Jurassic Coast. Stayed in Lulworth Cove, mixed weather but great walks.
While on a walk with the wife met one of the locals and got talking about the local area, we asked for some recommendations for places to visit. In reply he said a classic line that had my wife laughing for the rest of the holiday. "That there Dorchester is worth a visit, lovely people, no pretentious people wearing designer clothes or them Rolex".
He had not seen my Rolex as it was raining and was hidden under my jacket.
My wife tried to ring our son but could not get a signal as we were so far out in the sticks, just as well as she was laughing so much she would not have made herself understandable

Here are some pictures

Thank god you are back as I need an interpreter to undstand at least half of what Jim has been spewing since you left. Looks like you had a good time. Nice pictures and watch. I would be scared to stand that close to the cliff as the wife would give me a gentle nudge.

Thanks guys for all the kind comments

Harvey the last picture was taken in Shaftesbury, North Dorset at Gold Hill. You are probably too young but it was used in a famous Hovis advert years ago.

Its a very picturesque area, I lived there for a year in the mid 80's, one of my friends had a cottage at the bottom of the hill. Really nice people and pubs, but not much going on, everyone knows everyone else and I found that claustrophobic
