I was recently offered a watch that is told to be a vintage Sub

The watch does not have any papers or the box. It is told to be a 1968.
I have no info about vintage Rolex watches

What got my attention was that the dial seems old but the bezel looks kinda newer compared to the condition of the dial

I have pictures of the watch sent from the person who offered it to me

1. Does this watch look 1968 to you?
2. Considering it does not have the paperwork or the box, how much is it worth?
