What Do My Pressure Test Results Mean?

Recently picked up a 2000-vintage 14060 Sub and had it pressure tested this past weekend. According to the slip they gave me it looks to have been done on a Proofmaster V1.06, with the following results:
-.7 bar, -1.63 micrometer deflection, tightness value -5.6%/min. "Test1 rejected"
+10 bar, +40.37 micrometer deflection, tightness value +6.5%/min "Test2 okay"
Clearly it "failed" the negative pressure test to a degree, but what does that actually mean in real-world terms? Is the watch safe to swim with (no diving), or would it be wise to at very least replace all the seals? It is currently running a very consistent +5 sec/day so I don't really feel a need to service it otherwise.

The first test is a vacuum test. If this test is not ok, then it may be smart to replace all the gaskets.
