Looking for first quality pen

Looking for Mont Blanc pre owned. Don't know where to start. Which model. Trying to keep under $150. Is this even possible? And is a fountain pen attainable in this price range? Thanks for the help in advance!

It is possible to keep it under $150.00. ... but it will take some perseverance to find a Montblanc FP for that price. Still, the chase is 90% the thrill.

Go to Ebay and work some searches. Go to FPN and scan the classifieds.

On Ebay, do not be afraid to offer what you are willing to pay. I have offered $500.00 less than the seller wanted on a set and they accepted.

Have fun and good luck! Let us know how you are fairing.

You might be able to swoop in for the kill on a no reserve auction. There's a ton of montblanc's on eBay and I bet you could snipe a fountain pen cheap. Good luck! Hard to beat buying a FP for far less than market value at the last second!
