My Daytona's bezel and cristal fell off

As I had posted last week, on Friday I picked up my new watch, a WG Panda Daytona. I was pleased with it until something really weird happened.
The Bezel and the Cristal just fell off. And I mean literally fell, without any smashs. I contacted the salesman and he readily said he would trade it for another one, but I decided to get something different, that I will post here as soon as it arrives.

Have you guys ever heard of something like this? My watch dismantled without any reason.

Here are a couple of pictures I sent him

Yikes, I'm sorry that happened to you. Maybe the watch is staging a protest for the new ceramic bezel?

Did you have it in water at any time prior to the occurrence? Hoping that water did not leak into the movement...

Whoa...was it new, from an AD?

Have never heard of that happening before. At least you are being taken care of; getting a new watch is probably not a bad idea since you'll always have some fear in your mind of it happening again.

Looking forward to seeing the new selection

I would say it was impossible from the factory but have seen it happen when the dial was changed by a non Rolex watchmaker.

You can sell it at Ebay as the super rare Stevie Wonder model where you can feel the time.

Sorry I hope you get it fixed ASAP.

Wow I've never heard of this. I'd be raising hell until this got fixed. It's not like this is a run of the mill watch. At the price you paid, you absolutely should be the owner of a perfect watch from the AD.
