A shot of the dial would be helpful

Definitely some pics of the dial would help. Also the crown guards from the top as well. Although, I really wouldn't consider that case "sharp" not overly polished, but certainly not sharp.

Isnt there supposed to be a bevel edge on those lugs? Also pics between the lugs would help. The engravings and bracelet wear would help determine authenticity on that case.

That looks like MK V, the last matte.
The case has been badly polished. The overzealous polisher managed to mow down the top of the lugs

That sure gives the lugs the FAT look. This is not what you want.

I hate the case. The lugs are overly fat with no bevels - coupled with weak crown guards. It was pointed out above that this could be achieved by removing substantial amounts of material from the top of the lugs. Yeah, that or even worse...

the case has been refinished, and very poorly at that.

Bevels have been completely shaved off.

Looks like the dude who killed the bevels also had his way with the crown guards.

Unless the price is ridiculously low I would run from this one.

Agree with you mate - it's been polished, but overly so from the pics....dial pics are needed for sure.

Without knowing what the OP was seeking in this watch (a daily wearer? a NOS specimen? ...etc.) it's premature to dismiss this particular 5513 out-of-hand, especially when we don't even know what the asking price was/is. Sure there are issues, but...
