All these turtle pics remind me of my buddies turtle spanks!

My buddy grew up on a farm upstate and moved to NYC. When returning home one time he found a baby painted turtle in one of the ponds on his land. He thought it wise to put it in his front pocket and bring it back to NYC on jet blue

The spanks made the journey safely and grew up in a terrarium in NYC for the next few years until sandy hit. My friend was living in Hoboken and had to abandon his apartment for a few days...spanks and all. Came back like a week later and the apartment was freezing cold no power...no heat lamp or food for spanks. Walks up to the terrarium and taps spanks shell.......

HE'S ALIVE

After that he bought him a new fancy terrarium and such and has had him ever since

I gave her to my brother last year it got to big for me. She is now 7 years old had her since day one Sulcata Tortoise. Eats strawberries and lettuce. She lives in a custom made dog house
