Rolex 1665 gasket set, Crown and tube.
Hi.
Is there any places I could buy nos gasket set for 1665 ? Retainer gasket, caseback, nos tube and Crown. Or do I need too look for these at the second hand market to get them? Thanks for all the help. |

You might find them new, old stock but they would be quite old... I would rather new, which case back should not be an issue from Rolex but tube and crown might have to be aftermarket now as Rolex would "upgrade" the tube and crown rather than reseal it at service.

NOS gaskets are likely to be faulty. Purchase new OEM Rolex gaskets.

NOS means New Old Stock. I seriously doubt the gaskets have changed in design from the 1970s when compared to new production gaskets. The newer gaskets might even be made with better quality materials than 30 or 40-year-old gaskets.
Grab some newly manufactured gaskets and you'll be much better off.

Thanks for all the answers. I was thinking that nos gasket is old and maybe dried out, but I did not know that it was possible to get same newer gaskets today.
Is there any places that I could buy these gaskets? Do they have a ref? Thanks |

Ask for a new case-back gasket and any others it needs. Simple.
