Swap GMT II pepsi oyster bracelet for new Sub bracelet??

Hey guys I have a quick question for you all.

So I recently purchased a Z-serial SS GMT pepsi with oyster bracelet and it fits perfectly. I am a pretty hefty guy (6 foot 225 lbs) and have a large wrist (8in). I fluctuate weight extremely easily and in the past some watches became too loose since i was losing weight and some became too tight while gaining weight.

I wanted to get a Sub bracelet and swap it on my GMT since it has an adjuster in the clasp. Would this be a good idea? E.G. the watch would lose value or just a bad idea in general?

Also is it possible to get ONLY the Sub clasp and not the whole bracelet?

P.S. if anyone responds "then stay the same weight" here's what I have to say to you!

you can use the Sub Glide lock clasp on just about any Oyster bracelet. It won't affect "value" at all.

However, they are scarce and run about a thousand bucks so it is considerably cheaper to spend the extra minute and a half using the micro adjustments in the clasp you already have.

You can change just the clasp. Or perhaps consider an aftermarket oyster clasp that can be had pretty cheap.
