1675 opinions needed

Hi guys,

I am working on a deal for this 1675 so need some advice. The watch is in the 5,3-5,4million series.

Do the dial & hands look correct? How about the date wheel? Anything peculiar i should take note of ?

Many thanks

Hard to see hand details based on the one picture but the dial looks appropriate for the serial range you posted....
I don't know what the big deal is about the datewheel and why you ask but it is fine...

People are getting wrapped around the axle on minor things..

For that matter, the insert is thin font.. A fat font would be a very nice upgrade for in the future if you purchase...

The dial appears to be similar like the one listed as W5 in the link. 5,3-5,4mil series would date the watch to 1977...

Anyway seller is willing to have the watch check out at RSC. Would RSC be able to tell if the dial & hands are legit?

Thanks for the advice. I am really new into vintage & despite reading much online there are sometimes still doubts. So really need to take note of details since it's my first vintage Rolex. Really appreciate your prompt advice

The dial is correct for the serial number which is a Mark V. Bezel insert is a service replacement.
