Need suggestions! Looking for a blue dial sporty watch.

Hello all,

I am scouring the earth looking for a great blue dial (preferably blue rubber strap) sport watch. I used to own an IWC Cousteau and look to find a similar watch. I had my eye on the AP offshore but found the bezel and case to be too large to wear. I recently looked at the city of sails edition but while the case fit perfectly it doesn't come with these colors. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you -T

AP ROO 44mm with the blue dial, model 26401PO... Comes with blue Gator AND Blue rubber strap. Same size as your IWC, but with way more bad a$$ factor to it.

Yeah I love that watch but the offshore case and bezel are too thick for my wrist to house. Why I looked at the RO city of sails

Type into google blue dial 39mm Audemars, there is the ROC and City of Sails amongst others and can be fitted with a strap.

Thanks AK. Yeah I'm told that edition can only take a black or brown strap. The divers semensions may work too but it only comes in a white or black dial

You'll need to look at the City of Sails Be Happy model — 25860
Also look at the Pride of Italy (blue sub-dials), which comes with both blue leather & rubber straps.
For a bit of blue, consider the Blue Scuba Diver — 15701

Moving away from AP, take a good look at Vacheron Constantin Overseas 47040 and 49150 with blue sunburst dial, and which come with blue leather/rubber straps. Bought pre-owned/well discounted, is best value, and allow for the purchase of the bracelet.
Going cheaper again, but maybe a bit big, see if you can nab a Ulysse Nardin Maxi Marine Diver Artemis Racing or Monaco (both Ltd Ed).

PJ - these are tremendous suggestions, thank you for taking the time. The pride of Italy looks to be the same dimensions of the offshore but I need to look further. I completely forgot about the VC I bet that would look great in blue rubber.
The city of sails be happy on blue rubber would be ideal. I will have to see what my dealer can source as it may be hard to come by.

Lower end budget from the other mentions... The discontinued Breitling Superocean Steelfish on Blue rubber is awesome.

The Pride is Italy is only 41mm, it's much smaller than the ROO's. Maybe that one would work if your ok with not a full blue dial.

Would prefer a full blue but the ROO is way too big for me

You can also get a blue strap custom made for a 39mm.

PoI is a ROC, not a ROOC — so slimmer and smaller.
Likewise the CoS.

I know it's not an AP, but I don't know if this can be beat:

That's on the rubber strap, for a truer sense of its color,

The omega on a rubber strap is classic. I would love to be able to source a COS happy. Beautiful blue dial..seems to be very hard to find.

My dealer is telling me VC overseas aren't holding their value since they keep changing the cases and dials slightly.

Buy a preowned one, and then it's not a big concern. They sure are nice watches tho.

I can't locate one from a trusted source. It's pretty perfect and a great recommendation. There are only 500. I just missed out on the city of sails I was targeting.
