Just back from RSC dallas

Back to me in two weeks... and looking great! Love being able to walk it in.
Btw my princess is the reason it needed service but she's so cute they covered it under warranty

What was wrong with it? Routine service, etc? Have a before/after pic?

What did your princess do to it for it to go back to RSC?

Great job on behalf of Dallas RSC. I was equally satisfied with their work on my Explorer.

Dallas RSC is great - nothing but good things to say about them. And yes, agree with the OP - it is super nice when you can just walk in and hand the watch to their service dept.

Rolex rocks! It is so cool that they covered it under warranty. THAT, my friends, is what great customer service is all about. Only two weeks to do, even more impressive.

God bless our kids.

I was lying in bed one morning and my one year old son who was playing with my Sub just lobbed it at me without warning smacking me in the face

It's great that you can take the watch directly to RSC. That certainly speeds the whole process up

So glad your watch is back to beautiful!
(This comment should posted to every thread that questions the durability of the ceramic bezel!)

Its all good now... :) I guess I got off easy when my 3 yr old son shoved my Sub C date into a jar of peanut butter... that was funny.
