Dallas RSC is great - nothing but good things to say about them. And yes, agree with the OP - it is super nice when you can just walk in and hand the watch to their service dept.

Rolex rocks! It is so cool that they covered it under warranty. THAT, my friends, is what great customer service is all about. Only two weeks to do, even more impressive.

I was lying in bed one morning and my one year old son who was playing with my Sub just lobbed it at me without warning smacking me in the face It's great that you can take the watch directly to RSC. That certainly speeds the whole process up |
