Interesting collection of pictures , mostly fakes . Are you trying to represent yourself as a collector as it's not helping your cause .

Believe or "know"?
Why would you want to work on fakes and MORE important why post your fakes here!?

Fakes are illegal, and not something we post or discuss here.

I agree they are illegal and i never started dicussing them. Just stated ive worked on all types of watches, never once did i mention that i worked on fakes or try to pass them off as the real deal, Thats the last thing i would do. I love watches PERIOD and Ill work on every and all watches because thats my passion if its that big of a deal to some of you that there is a fake in the pic take it down. I didnt know it would rub you the wrong way. I could understand if i was making a big deal about owning all gen watches and not being truthfull but all i said is that i work on all types of watches.

If you're servicing fakes, then you're a part of (and helping) the fake industry, and not welcome here.

It's couldn't care less, could would imply that you do care care some. And THERE is a difference between their, they're and there, and in this case you need "they're" not "there".

Counterfeit production of Trademark or copyright products is a crime; so yes, the manufacture of counterfeit watches is illegal. If you purchase or sell counterfeit products you are engaging in a criminal activity.

If you think otherwise you might research Melrose Jewelers.

There is no "maybe"..

Yes. If you're the person operating the pad printer spewing out fake submariner dials, you are committing copyright infringement.

I would love for you (or anyone else) to show me in their states penal codes, or in any U.S. Code, where it states the possession, purchase, or repair of any counterfeit watch is prohibited. Sales are another topic, especially when misrepresentation is involved.

I am not downplaying the seriousness of the situation, I just can't stand misinformation. I'm happy OP was banned, I also can't stand stupid people.

So by this logic, just so I'm clear, unless you are the actual person making the fakes it's not illegal? Applying this idea to let's say manufacturing drugs, unless I'm the one cooking the meth it's not illegal to possess it. Ok, I think I got it...

Yea, neither can we.

The federal criminal laws that prohibit any person from trafficking in counterfeit goods and services apply not only to the counterfeiter—the law applies with equal force to any individual or company that knowingly sells a counterfeit product. (18 U.S.C. 2320).

The term “traffic”(18 U.S.C 2320) means to transport, transfer, or otherwise dispose of, to another, for purposes of commercial advantage or private financial gain, or to make, import, export, obtain control of, or possess, with intent to so transport, transfer, or otherwise dispose of..

Hey I didn't write the law. And sure, you can apply the same logic to narcotics. Let us all know how it worked out, from jail.

Narcotics differ from counterfeit goods as all areas of the topic are covered under the law. In California, you'll find laws covering the sale, possession, manufacture, transportation, and even subsections related to penalties involved with being under the influence. Look into the Health and Safety code book (113XX H.S, and 115XX H.S) for further clarification.

Ok, I'm glad we are now speaking my language.

Read what you just copied and pasted. You find me a single like that relates to the legality of possessing or servicing a counterfeit watch. It sort of makes the fake good(s) legality depend on the end user's intent.

Like I maintained, the manufacture for sales, of a counterfeit product is illegal. Importation for sales, is illegal. Possession for personal use? Not so much.

we don't need a law to tell us something isn't ethical.
