Please Help me decide on a dial..
Hi Im a 26 year old lady
That has just purchased a datejust My datejust is 31mm rosegold TT With white mother of pearl dial with 10 diamond markers. But now Im not sure if I should trade it for Black MOP My hubby picked the White Mop out for me because white mother of pearl is his favorite. In the other hand me, I like both. I like how clean the white mother of pearl looks and I feel like it will be easy to layer other jewelries with it then the black mother of pearl. Also it stood out on my skin. The good thing about Black MOP is that it looks so different and mesmerizing when you look it at. It has so many different colors and thats very attracting to me. Which one should I go for? Keep the one I have? Or exchange it to black mother of pearl? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

MOP is lovely, make the dial change imho if that is what you prefer.

The dials are so different and I would like to have both. MOP dials are so different and unique.

I think the black goes better with rose gold in this case.

The black looks slightly more sporty, the white more dressy....

I prefer the white as it easily goes with everything. The black dial, while beautiful, is some what limited. Ask yourself if he had purchased the black dial would we be having the same conversation about the white dial. Many times that is the way that it works. I would keep what you have. Wear it, enjoy it and in a few years if you still want the black dial go back and get it. But in a PM or SS watch. Then you would have two watches.

I had a black MOP but didn't like it. The dial always appeared dirty to me however I know these things are subjective

Hi there, I too thought I'd should change from white to the black MOP but I ended up loving the white. Both are beautiful, especially under bright store lights; however I found that moving away from those lights to read the time helped me decide to stay with the white.

I like the white for two reasons. First, for me it's easier to read. Second is you already have it. Good luck

White MOP is gorgeous. I imagine wearing it with a little black dress.
