Family Portrait Session

With the addition of my new (to me) 16710 GMT "Pepsi", I decided to take some nice watch family photos. Not much else to say. Enjoy!

What box is that. Great picture? Did you use a iPhone to take these picture. There extremely clear. How did you get the lighting? Lamps or natural?

Thanks! The box is made by wolf. It was pretty cheap. I bought it from overstock for... I wanna say $35-45. It's a pretty great box. Only gripe is that I can't fit my wife's watches in the pillows as they are too small. It'd be cool if they could accommodate smaller watches. But for the money I shouldn't complain.

I took these photos with a canon DSLR and on camera flash. To get the light/reflections right using an on camera flash you have to direct it quite away from the watches and slam it off the walls and/or corners of the ceilings. It reduced reflections and diffuses the light nicely. Being I do production for a living I have a leg up on snapping shots like this around the house, but professionally speaking, this isn't the "right" way to do jewelry photography, but it gets the job done when you're shooting in your living room in your pajamas ;)

Chadri

That is a nice collection but, speaking for just myself, the 16710 Pepsi just plain steals the show.

Congratulations to you.

Regards

Mick

Great collection. Does the tudor get wrist time? The BBB with rose is probably my favorite Tudor after the pelagos.

Great shots. Love the colors on that Pesi bezel. That would be the model I would go for if I was looking for something in the five digit category.
