Question for Vanessa datejust oyster perpetual
Hi, and thank you, Vanessa, for being a consultant for Rolex.
One day out of the blue: The acrylic crystal popped off. I noticed the bare craggy face in the shower...appropriate bare! It was waterproof. If it can't be water proof I am fine with that. The clock still runs. A Rolex tech said it can't be repaired. May I ask, in your opinion can it be repaired Susan |

Thanks for seeking my advice. I don't quite understand the issue? If the crystal came off it'll need to be replaced with a new one.

Did the shower get it wet when the Crystal was off?
