For the amount of money they cost, yes, I would say it's a problem.
If my watch isn't accurate, it would be a huge issue for me. Same as if my car said I still had 1/4 tank of gas. But it was really empty. If it is under warranty, get it checked out. |

Possible a little oil on the date wheel or date cam change is dry, try cycling the date around a few times might cure it

Sub is two tone ceramic- have not worn the watch for 3 month - winded 10x then tried to change the date -at 12 am the date starts to move but it goes half way and the complete change At around 4 am

Try the above advice and if that doesn't fix it find out how much it would cost to have the issue corrected. If it's worth it to you then have it fixed. Never being awake at 4 AM it wouldn't really affect my life but it would bother me just knowing it's not changing 4 hours earlier.

Yes, it's a problem. The quick-date feature should have it change close, if not exactly, at midnight. If the above doesn't correct it, would have it checked out...

This does not sound right. Date wheel should advance completely with an instant "click". Most likely service time. How long have you had the watch? Has it ever been serviced?
