116718 Bezel Question

So, I noticed tonight while messing around with my GMT that on the 12 o'clock marker of my 116718 where the triangle is, there's a rough spot under the actual ceramic insert itself....if I take the watch off and look at it at an angle you can actually see an almost tiny circle like the bezel of a Sub where the pip would be...anyone notice ever notice this before? I tried taking a photo of it but I just can't capture it..look forward to the responses..

I have a 718, but haven't noticed that. I'm gonna have to take a look.
