Redial with a worthless box. Rest looks pretty average, sharp bezel, newish crown which can indicate a service at some point, stalwart old 72 jubilee which is short on links but looks ok. It's seen a polish wheel a time or two but it has a starting price of 1499US.
I think the seller is dealing through ignorance rather than chicanery, I'd buy it today for 1499.00. I have a gorgeous black dial (on the right) just waiting for a home. :)
