Weird EBAY rolex pen need advice

I won an auction for rolex waves pen. Upon arrival there was no wallet included no biggy I sent a request to send me the full order. No response. I finally got around to play with the pen and noticed the pictures have two separate pens. The pen in first pic has ROLEX engraved once in the middle the rest of the pics show a different pen with ROLEX and a coronet engraved around the middle. I don't know much about these pens but I have never seen the single engraved pen once every google shows rolex then coronet around the whole middle of the pen. https://www.ebay.com/itm/232249355467 [The pen I won. ] I requested a refund through eBay Wednesday she didn't get back to me until Saturday and claimed health issues then Began calling me impatient and telling me not to threaten her which I would never do. I simply told her I would like a refund and shipping label sent to me by Monday end of business hours which is the time eBay has alotted. She further complained about pay pal account being frozen and sent me 50% refund offer then produced a hand written letter from a jewelry salesman explaining. Long story short looking for some opinions on situation oh yeah she then told me the pen I have is actually a dealer prototype and quite rare lmao. And is currently selling on Amazon for 550. I looked it is not its actually the pen I thought I was buying. It has an adjustable clip. Anyway I would like to hear your thoughts.

I don't know enough about Rolex 'pens' to comment on authenticity. Personally, I'd not buy anything ROLEX on eBay. Too many scammers and fakes floating around on eBay. Hope you get your money back.

Sorry buddy. Maybe a better way...

I have had an issue with eBay and for me the best method was to throw the pen in the trash and tell the seller all is well hope you have a good life and delete everything about the incident...

Then go have a nice dinner.

eBay has guaranteed my refund if the seller doesn't make good by Monday not worried about that. At the very least its false advertisement because of the photos in the advertisement. My question was the sellers actions I was sent an email and she said she is a retired educator she claims health problems her granddaughter helps her she sends 50% offers of refunds claims it's all a misunderstanding. She has 499 star positive feedback but I think it's really shady and I can really jam her up with a complaint and bad review. I will wait and hopefully someone can chime in who knows more about these pens I don't want to blast someone who doesn't have it coming. But I will get my money back.

I have several Rolex pens and several on order through a special deal with my dealer. That is not how Rolex pens come unless he is stating it is not the original packaging. And they do not come with a hang tag

Nearly all Rolex pens on ebay are fakes, but no way to really know apart from quality as Rolex hardly make any and dealers hardly ever give them out as gifts. If you really want one just pay a price you can live with and hope it is a rare genuine one.

If you have the pen, how did the dealer photograph it with the letter dated yesterday?

Don't accept the 50% refund or ebay will close your case and the seller will get away with half your money, and still makes a profit on a fake rolex pen. If seller believes that it's real why would she suddenly give you a 50% discount, she would want it back if real.
