Is it alright to wear a Rolex (Sub) whilst using a UV sunbed?

Why would you want to do that? You actually want those marks on your arm?

However, would not really harm the watch I think, maybe on the longer run (lets say frequent sunbeds for a couple of years) your dial will start to discolor faster than usual.

it depends what hand you would comb your hair with and which wrist you wear your rolex on.

I would NEVER NEVER do this. Your hair contains static electricity and could de-magnetise your watch and short circuit the batteries. Tiny bits of hair could also could also slip under the bezel of your watch and settle underneath the crystal. Before long you will have a hairy dial.

Would it make a difference if I did, say, a side part versus no part? If a side part, would a left part be more aesthetically in tune with my Rolex (with arabic numbers)?

I prefer a shade of pale over skin cancer. You couldn't pay me to do that.

Why don't you try the toxic chemical tan instead? You'll be fine because Rolex opted for 904L for exactly this reason.

Some members can only go through the motions of combing hair that is now clogging their drains. For those, combing will pose no danger of generating static electricity though it gives an itchy scalp a good scratching.
