Presidential Bracelet end links pops down slightly on one side about 1mm

I posted this in the main forum but got no responses.

Basically from the 11 o'clock end link and lug the end link has a tendency to move about 1 mm from its normal position to a lower outside position. I can pop it back in and it clicks but it seems to occur again, so there will be a slight gap on one side of the end link.

The bracelet doesn't fail, but I am not sure what to do next.

Any ideas? Will a new springbar likely fix this type of issue?

Always start there. Remove the bracelet and inspect the lug hole. If it looks good and clean replace both springbars.
