Rolex MSRP in Mexico?

Greetings fellow degenerates

I'm wondering the official Rolex pricing for Daytona in Mexico. I may be making the plunge here but have no idea to ensure I'm paying msrp (or under). Need a good starting point with actual pricing to ensure they're not taking advantage of me. Searches on my google machine are fruitless. Hopefully someone has the pricing for the Daytona (116500 and 116515 particularly - I'm well aware of us msrp but no clue on Mexico. Can anyone shed light?

The Rolex prices across country thread leaves off Mexico..

Thanks in advance,
Eric

Eric,

What part of Mexico are you traveling to? I live in Playa Del Carmen and we have one AD here with two locations. Cozumel has one AD and Cancun has at least two. There are none in Tulum.

I was in both the Playa locations recently and the Cozumel locations and none of the three had the Ceramic Daytona, although Cozumel had 3 three different Daytonas, 2 TT and a Gold.

What I can tell you is that the price is higher here, however you should get the VAT refund of 8.9%.

As an example, I was looking for a Subc LV, the out the door price after the VAT refund was about $8200.

The US version of the Rolex website is listing the LV at $9050, so the Mexico price seems to be a better deal.
