Newb Bezel Insert Question

Is it possible to purchase a black OEM Submariner bezel insert? If so can someone PM or email where I can purchase one.

I called one AD (a chain store) and they said they don't sell them. I may try another AD that is a family owned store.

Thanks,
Rich

From what I understand you can only send your watch to an RSC or have a dealer replace yours. If you have an LV and are trying to do it the dealer wont. The dealer also has to send back the old insert.
Clearly there are people getting them somehow....
I am sure someone will chime in with info for you.

Check other local AD's that have a certified Rolex watchmaker. They can order parts directly from Rolex, but I'm sure they have a bunch in stock. I have a few were I live, it's just a short drive for a new insert. The thing is they will not just sell it to me, they have to put it on the watch, and some won't change colors if you wanted, they have to replace the insert with the exact one they removed (Rolex policy).

I have seen them for sale over on eBay. Be careful that you get what you pay for.

Rolex USA will not allow you to buy parts. They only allow to swap. I'm sure one of the nice folks in other parts can help you as that isn't the case other parts of the world. It's just the way Rolex USA is.
