Daytona white ss ceramic

I traded a watch to an ad 2 months ago and have been first on the list since then. It seems like rolex barely ships any. Anyone else with similiar experience? I trust the ad.

IMO first on the list likely means you are the first member of the public the AD will sell to - someone at the AD could still intercept new stock before it goes on sale and sell it to a friend / VIP client.

if you trust the AD that's great. 2 months wait doesn't seem unreasonable for this model. If you're number one on the list and you still don't get it in the next 6-9 months, I'd start to have some concerns about trusting this AD.

Let me get this straight. You handed over a watch and have nothing to show but a place on a list? The only one to benefit from that arrangement is the AD.

The ad had offers of $5000 from resellers but told me to wait and sold it for $6100. Then while he was on vacation a white ss came in but one of his salesperson sold it to someone else. I recently bought a rose gold yachtmaster from him and other watches before that. I dont feel like im being jerked around but nothing suprises me.

No deliveries

The ADs I talk to say they are not getting any steel Daytona's. My take is most stores have gotten one or two all steel pieces since the 2016 Basel Announcement. But they have no problem getting the new all gold Daytona's.

As mentioned, a 2 month wait for a 116500 is quite reasonable, given demand. If you trust the AD, hang in there! Good luck!

Two months is very reasonable. I put my name on a list last summer and nothing. Would you care to share the AD?

Still waiting here. Maybe they will step it up for you and get one sooner.

The Rolex Boutique in NY receives about 2-3 a month give or take, however they are quickly sold to clients on the "list". Which list is up for debate but they are getting out there!

My AD is telling me he is getting one about every 4 months. If I haven't been offered a at least a black one by Christmas based on where he said I am on the list I will start to question his integrity.
