Rolex's computer system problems...
Have visited the same AD about 2 times in the last month and both the ADs MGR and the watchmaker have said that the computer system is having problems. Both visits I asked how much an Oysterlock clasp would cost exchange and both times they said they would have to get back to me. Anyone else heard anything ? I do know the MGR well so there is no reason he would be feeding me any BS.Clark.

I don't think is BS. I ordered the complete glidelock bracelet from my AD and it took about two months. At the time, they also mentioned about Rolex transitioning to a new system.

When I need a price on a piece I ask my AD who then contacts RSC so there is a slight delay but I am unsure that the system was down?
