STEELINOX ='s Inox = Inoxidable
Steel = Acier
Stainless = Inoxidable (Inox), aka Stainless Steel.

I am guessing "9" stands for Sept. UM is for 2016 or 2017?

Rolex SA = Rolex Société Anonyme
9UM is random, the "new" codification for clasp.
If it indicated a month and year, it would most likely be the opposite, i.e. UM9.

If it helps the LVc is brand new with white tag and new style bezel protector. It's age has got to be 2017. I would love to crack the new date code system.
