Rolex GMT II 1670 vs. Explorer II: which weight difference ?

Hi all,
please I would like to know which is the weight of the GMT II 16710 and the weight of the Explorer II.

Yesterday I tried on the Explorer II and it seemed to me to be very light, at least with respect to the Omega Speedy that yesterday I was wearing, so I would like to know if the GMT II is heavier than the Explorer II and which is the weight difference between them.

Thanks all for your help.

Regards,

Engi

Never judge a watch by its weight heavy don't always mean better the 16710 weight is 127g the 16570 126g.

Thanks padi,

I've no intention to judge it by its weight (I like the Expl II very much), it was just the feel on my wrist after wearing my Speedy ...

Thanks,

Engi

The speedy probably has a solid link bracelet unlike the Explorer II. My Tag Heuer S/el and Link also feel mutch more substantial then the Explorer II so when I'm feeling tired I wear the Explorer II;-).

Almost everything is light compared to a Speedy Pro. These weigh in at 150 to 160 grams.....

Less weight equals better comfort to me. I love the feel of the Explorer II and the GMT II, and I think they feel very similar on the wrist, super comfortable.

interesting, as i have both, and have felt that the EXPY II was a tiny bit lighter, but more interesting, the GMT always seemed a bit loose on my arm, even thought i have both bracelets, identical, made the very same length. the EXP II must bit a little thinner, as i shortened the GMT one hole in the clasp, find it really fits much better, and feels about the same as the X2 had alll along. odd little things one notices...
