Large wrists
Hello, I've tried on a few DJ 41s recently and was surprised at the size of my wrists. The standard bracelets don't cut it for me and I would definitely need at least an extra link. On returning home I've measured my wrists at 9 inches. Is this so unusual?

I would guess that depends on the rest of your measurements

Id say you have large wrists based on these poll results:

Nine inches is huge for a wrist. My 16710 Pepsi with the stock bracelet has 14 links and fits my 7 3/4" wrist with the microadjustable clasp on the end positions of both sides.

I measured the circumference as 9" at around 1 inch up from the base of my hand. At the junction of the wrist with the base of the hand, the circumference is 7.9". Which is the correct bracelet size for these measurements?

The position where you find your watch most comfortable is the best. It varies on everyone's wrist, but usually above the wrist bone is more comfortable. Ideally should have a space large enough for your finger tip to fit between your clasp and wrist as well for the watch. Whatever that size may be.

Haha! You're fine dude. If you're a big guy it's normal. If you were 5'2" then it would be unhealthy.
