Well not yet. Still 5 more days, but I'm finally getting a 5164A.

After much consideration I decided to upgrade my 5167. I've been going about it for months. I've been on the brink of getting the 5164 only to pull back. But after endless hours of contemplation and comparing photos (you've all been there) I decided to pull the trigger.

So my small collection will now consist of 3 watches. The blue 5711, white Daytona C and the 5164. I think it's a perfect trio for me. 3 different dial colors and 3 different complications. Can't wait. I'll post pictures when I get it.

Be good to hear your views once you do the swap as I've only had the 5167a over a week and think it may be the logical upgrade next year.

Wonderful - you'll love the 5164. I have darn near the same collection - the three cover all the bases.

So long as you don't get a hankering for PM, you'll be set for a while!

Wow congrats, the 5164 is a very cool watch, the date wheel really makes the dial pop.

I did the same thing, bought a 5167A and 4 short months later went for the 5164A brand new with trading in the 5167A and of course additional money. I am now 8 months in with the 5164A and just love it. Congratulations you will enjoy your decision here!
