Favorite least talked about Rolex feature.

My favorite (least talked about) Rolex feature has to the machining of the bezel on the sport models. I love looking at them from the side angle as the light bounces off the cuts, it's striking to me and probably my favorite little detail about Rolex.

Those are good ones...I like the combination of polished parts with the brushed. Like the sides of the case particularly.

I really love the shape of the new Supercase, I think it really redefines the new Rolex look, especially for a younger watch enthusiast like myself. While I do love the 5-digit case, the 6-digit really wows me (I understand not everyone agrees, of course). It sits great on the wrist, and it really has a fantastic presence, despite being "only" 40mm. Feels more like a 42mm if anything, very modern.

Haha no I just keep it to my ear. The "ticktack" sound is composed of several tones actually, hairspring, gears etc. which can all be heard. Not sure if it is my imagination but it seems to me that the tone is different when the seconds hand goes with or against gravity.

Brushed 904L SS, it's the most attractive non-precious metal used in watchmaking IMHO

I really like the tapering of the bracelet. Ironically, it was the thing I disliked most about Rolex before getting my first (BLNR). Ever since, I am loving the taper more and more.

+1. The reason we all wear automatic timepieces, because we appreciate in a technological world, we still rely on simple (albeit 'complicated') mechanics.
