16600 - F Serial Number

I just purchased a NOS 16600, it is scheduled to ship out Monday. The watch was purchased in 2004 and put away. Would it be a good idea to service the watch before wearing it? Thanks in advance for your thoughts!

WOW. What a score. Couldn't hurt...but why not try winding her up and wearing for a week or more - see how it keeps time?

Nice pick up. I love my K serial sea dweller. Enjoy it and I agree that you should throw it on your wrist and see how she runs.

Yes...give it a go for a while to see how it is running!
