The sub is 145-155 depending on links

The dssd is between 200-220 depending on links

So figure 170-180

Measured mine at 183 minus the divers extension and one and a half links

My wrist size is 7.5" and I find it fits nicely. I do find the GMT to be more comfortable however, mainly because it isn't as tall.
