Need some education on Bezels

What exactly is the difference between a fully graduated bezel and a partially graduated bezel? Is it as simple as a flat (or slight angle) bezel vs. one with an angle?

Sorry if this is a ridiculous question, just want to learn!

Thanks all!

Pretty sure it's the markings on the bezel. Some have minute marks all the way around and some have them only for the first quarter.

Well, this makes MUCH more sense than what I assumed! Thank you, greatly appreciate the response!
