Every paid customs import duties?
I usually live in the USA and have had pckages sent from overseas with customs tags. Some items are cheap, some are valuable, but I have never ever paid a single red cent for import duties, fees, taxes, tariffs, or other charges.
Am I unique? Has anyone here had to pay through the nose to get their delivery?

I had some items sent to me in the UK from the USA. It turned out to be a costly exercise as I had to pay duty and VAT on the items.
