Your favorite tea?

Right now I am enjoying a large cup of Lady Grey tea from Twinings of London (with a large dose of milk and honey). It's very good!

Care to share your favorite tea?

well as you asked so nicely, PG tips or Yorkshire tea with milk no sugar. I love green tea after a meal (no milk). Pass the biscuits will you dear. Must be made in a pot and prefer no bags just loose leaf.
Warm the pot add leaves, stir once, leave a few minutes and pour. Pass the scones

Well, actually, I'm using a large Starbuck's mug, and I'm wearing jeans and a T-shirt. Not quite Victorian, anyway!

Yum, I love scones. And loose leaf is very nice, but bags are so convenient!

I really need a good teapot!

Even if you use tea bags it tastes much better out of a pot. Can't convince my kids of this though

Nothing beats a pot of tea.

PG tips, Tetley or Yorkshire tea here.

None of the fiddling about with Earl Grey or Lapsang or morning breakfast or whatever.

Scones are good, as are buttered muffins or crumpets but you can't beat a pack of biccies.

No Saturday morning is complete without a big mug of tea and a packet of Mcvities Chocolate digestives.

At Christmas it gets better...those tins of cadburys biscuits are better than lime jelly paddling pool sex with Angelina Jolie!!!!!!!!!!!

J

EDIT: Claire, through her tears of laughter wants me to state that not only would Ms Jolie not even spit on me should I bit set alight but that I probably would also not fit into a paddling pool to have sex with anything in the first place....lime jelly or not!!!!!

I like Earl Grey tea (without milk) - realy refreshing. I like the Twinnings brand as well. Whittards also make nice tea.

I also enjoy Darjeeling (again Twinnings). My girlfriend has also got me into Green Tea.

When I'm not being fussy and want a quick cuppa I like Typhoo Tea. Not a fan of PG Tips.

Earl Grey. Hot. But I'm more of a coffee (espresso) guy. And the thought that those Limeys have their tea with milk makes me shudder.

Only a little milk in tea though.

Too much milk makes me feel like vomiting

And if you didn't have the milk....dunking your biscuits in it would be all wrong.

1. Get nice milky tea.

2. Packet of Hob Nobs.

3. Dunk hob no into tea.

4. Lift Hob nob to mouth and suck absorbed tea through oaty, syrupy biscuit.

5. Eat damp biscuit.

6. Repeat!

Woohoo...I'm off for a cuppa...dedicated to Captain Rotterdam!

Bummer though when the dunked biscuit dissolves and plops into the tea. You get a revolting sludge at the bottom of the cup.

Great fing about tea tho is that it's so cheap...you just fling old tea/biscuit cement away and make yourself a nice new one!!!!

No No No...at the risk of sounding like a sweaty Bolton comic....rich teas go too floppy when dunked.

You want something that stands up to dunking....Supermarket brand Ginger snap!!!!!!
