Does Dallas RSC Allow Walk-ins?

I’ll be in Dallas in a couple days and want to drop off my TT Sub in person if I can.
How’s the service there?

Carlos

Yes it does... It on the north west end of downtown behind the American Airlines Center. They will take care of you and grab some good choclate!

As far as service, some people think Dallas is the best or at least second best (only to BH) as being the best RSC. There are lots of threads here on that topic on who is the best.

Speaking of Beverly Hills (BH), has anyone taken their Rolex their? How was your experience? I won't need to drop my Z GMT IIc for a while, but when I do, I'd like to know how they are.

So far it has performed much better than NY RSC.

I've had 2 bracelets sized (fixed link removed) at the BH RSC. Service was great, but a little slow for me. Another member here had the same service done there in 30-45 minutes. I had to come back in 4-5 days, which was annoying because of all the traffic and their 9-4:30 work hours.

As far as the job they did, it was superb. No scratches (unlike Seiko after it came back from their service center) and fit great. They also gave me some complimentary polishing cloths and one of those small green faux-suede carrying cases.
