This is a cool and unique oversized Longines dress reference from the late 1950's. The reference features a large for the era 37 x 46mm heavy snap back case with extended lugs, a domed acrylic crystal, matte silver dial with raised gold tapered indexes and tapered gilt dauphine hands.

The reference 5045 is powered by Longines caliber 12.68Z manual wind movement. An impressive and great looking oversize vintage model with a simple, but robust design not unlike the oversize Patek Calatrava model of the same era.

CASE & BRACELET

The case of this ref 5045 is in wonderful vintage condition retaining tick and full lugs. The case shows minimal patina and the grown is original and signed Longines. The watch will be supplied on a brown Longines OEM 18mm crocodile strap

DIAL & HANDS

The matte silver dial has achieved a stunning patina with some markings shown in the bottom part of the dial and the applied logo still intact. The raised gold numerals and indexes remain in beautiful condition with a mild patina of their own.

None. The watch is running at spec and is in perfect working condition.
