New Forum Idea

Any chance of starting a "How much is my watch worth?" forum with the rule you must post a pic.

Many threads show up daily in the Rolex general discussion, mostly from new members, and people tend to get their feelings hurt easily in the general Rolex forum.

I think if there was a forum for these threads, responders would have a more more forgiving attitude in their responses.

Thank you for the suggestion, I will give it consideration and advise accordingly.

Well after due consideration, it is felt that such a forum would not add value to members. There already exists a number of forums where members can ask for questions about their watches including the value.

Further mindful that:
(a) we are not looking to attract fakers to test out whether a fake can pass for real by photos;
(b) new members might effectively circumvent the 15day/15post rule before offering a watch for sale;
(c) many questions involve a lot more discussion than purely price or value, and in the discussion of value, many issues arise that would put the discussion into the 'General Rolex Discussion'.

All great points and I agree. Thank you for the consideration.
