They're from one of the finest belgian chocolate brand "Neuhaus". I have had these ones last week when i went to Rolex Belgium in Brussels. There was a kind of basket on the desk full of them.
I went there just to ask if it was possible to get a new bezel insert for my sub in order to sometimes change it's look . They told me they would replace mine by a new but would keep the old one... so I kept mine and left.

I know several female friends who would walk into an AD just to try their chockies
