Dial options for Yellow Gold Daytona on Oysterflex?

The Rolex website only shows one option for YG Daytonas on Oysterflex:

But I swear I've seen at least two other variants on the forum: one all black dial, and another black with yellow subdials (panda style). Do those exist? Did owners just happen to stumble upon those dial options at an AD, or were they custom orders?

It's frustrating that Rolex don't show all options on the site, especially as seeing a Daytona at an AD is a near-impossibility these days.

I think I've seen this version on the osyter flex on here before, but can't find it on the site.

Pretty lame that they only put the ceramic bezel on the oyster flex models. Otherwise, I would grab one instead of potentially spending 20k on the inflated price of a SS

I totally get your frustration. Another reason to take your time and do your homework before commuting to purchase.

This is my favorite YG Daytona currently...

Love this look, strange how its not available on rolex.com

Somehow went under the radar and was never properly introduced.

It was at the Boutique on 5th ave, not sure if it's still there, but if you're in the city it's worth popping in!

I'm not much for YG but this dial almost got me.

this is interesting because the actual case differs from the one that comes on the oysterflex. i know the lug width is the same but it now appears any PM rolex can come on OF.

can anyone confirm this?

I'm considering the YG as my next piece, it is so beautiful and unique. I have no idea why it isn't on the Rolex site, but found one on Chrono24!

All part of the mystique, my good man.

And yes...the website is nowhere near indicative of what's really available.
