Considering a new milgauss...
The pics below are the only ones I can get...unfortunately it is in another state so I cannot get to see it in person...but I figured I would defer to the experts. I just want to know if it is authentic and had a question about the black "bar code" I have seen on some new models. Do all of these have this? Kind of hard to see on this model but I figured I would get some input from you guys/gals. Thanks!

Looks pretty good to me
Not sure what you mean about the black bar code. There is a stock control sticker on watches that they peel off, can't see that is anything to be worried about.

I recently tried one on, and it felt and looked great. Would have bought it on the spot, but that will have to wait a while.

Don't judge by the pictures. Check the seller's references.

looks good to me, i have the same exact one in a V serial number. Make sure on the inner dial by 6 o' clock that the serial number matches the one on the plastic card.
the watch is great and you will not regret it one bit. |

Thanks guys, there is a return policy so I will probably be taking it to an AD if I get it just to verify. The black bar code I was talking about is the little black block on the non-crown side of most of the newer rolexes I have seen at an AD. Is this really just a sticker?
Thanks for all of the responses guys! Smokey |

As Larry said the bar code is only a sticker which is worthless. No bar code alike is printed or engraved on the watch itself.
About the picture themselves they look pretty good to me. Looks exactly like my own milgauss :-D However how do you know that you are going to receive the watch in the picture? I would never buy a watch without seeing it and without getting it verified from an AD. Good luck :-D |

Thanks Chaz...
I am having them send me some more pictures of the watch as well as the warranty card so I can compare the serial numbers and verify when I get it. Thanks for all the suggestions. If I buy this one or another one I will be posting my pics in this lovely forum. I have a Breguet chrono, a Tag link chrono, a Pam 253, and one B&M Hampton City....so this will hopefully be my first Rollie...and my favorite one out there right now. Any complaints from any millie owners? I have seen quite a few on the forum here for sale and was just curious why many of you would want to part with them... Cheers, Smokey |

There is a code bar green tag with the model number and the serial number, I think. it's on a string like the red tag shown in your photos.
Some shops tend to keep those green tags though, but if you can get it, it's nice to complete the package.
